It is the mission of DD4 to develop life-long learners who will have a positive impact on our global world.
As described by the Transition Alliance of South Carolina: “Transition means change, evolution, and movement. Students, parents, and practitioners must work as a team to prepare for the changes that will occur when students move from school to post-school life. As part of that process, it is necessary to know a student’s present level of functioning and where their skills, abilities, and interests lie.
